Since December, Tavex Group is an official representative of the Austrian Mint. This status gives an opportunity for Tavex’ clients to invest into beautiful and high quality Austrian Philharmonic investment gold coins with more favourable rates.

Austrian Mint has 800-year history, during which they have minted all Austrian coins from Ducats to the modern Euros. In addition to circulation money, the factory also mints coins for collectors and investors. Tavex offers pure gold investment coins – The Vienna Philharmonics.

The Vienna Philharmonic is the only bullion coin in the world that is denominated euro. Phiharmonic coin is dedicated to the cultural pride of Austria – Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra. The obverse side features beautifully designed musical instruments as a symbol of Austria’s rich musical and cultural heritage. The reverse side depicts the great organ of the Golden Hall in Vienna, home to the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and site of the annual New Year’s Day Concert that is televised around the world.

Currently the world market rate of gold is 1043.64 EUR/oz. The highest ever price was fixed on December 7th, when the gold price was 1065.85 EUR/oz. A year ago, an ounce of gold cost 766.43 EUR/oz, which makes the yearly price increase 39%.

In dollars, the gold market rate is currently 1388.25 USD/oz. UBS announced some time ago their next year’s prediction for gold price as 1550 USD/oz.
